Disclaimer: Point of Sale Systems and CCTV's can take up to 8 days build time. Shipping times vary. Typical setup from start to finish can take 30+ days. Only POS systems may be returned within 10 days at which point a 30% restocking fee is charged on all open box items unless defective at which point you will need to call 941-467-1552 so that an RMA can be issued, failure to receive an RMA may result in further delays. CCTV's cannot be returned once installed. RMA's will only be issued for manufacture hardware problems. Lightning, Surge, Physical Abuse, removing and Acts of God will not be issued an RMA and will void the warranty. ProNet Solutions, Inc. gives no warranty on software. If purchasing installation and training from ProNet all terms above apply.
